Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 23 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sale@ryleefaithdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges:
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sale@ryleefaithdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
